Q & A

1. Fabrics:
It depends on the items. Normally, we request 1,000 meters per color and 6,000 meters per item per shipment for piece dyed and printed items. For yarn dyed items, we need 2,500 meters per pattern, and 5,000 meters for each shipment. Turn-over time normally needs about 30~40 days after lab dips approved.

2. Garments:
Normally, our garment MOQ is 3000 pcs per style, lead time is about 90 to 100 days after orders confirmed. The conditions are subject to vary with styling.

However, the MOQ and lead time are varied with qualities, styles, and conditions. Please check with us for each indivisual case.
1. Fabrics:
We do greige inspection before dyeing and finishing for both woven and knitted items. After bulk production finished, we do pre-shipment inspection with "4 point system" as the inspection guideline for visual quality. For the quality which to be found after test(ie. color fastness, crocking, or shrinkage), we follow AATCC quality standard, or by our customers' designated standard.

2. Garments:
Generally, We use AQL(Acceptance Quality Level)4.0 for final audit of all our productions/shipments. The final inspection is a statistical sampling plan, which is conducted in accordance with ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, is the most widely accepted sampling plan worldwide. However, we follow our customers' instruction or conduction if they have different systems.

Please feel free to check with us if you have any specific requirement.
Recycled Pet is from used PET bottles, with the process of washing, de-tagging, sorting, crushing, float passing, dewatering, drying, cutting, and flaking. The the yarn spinners spin the yarn from PET flakes, then weaving or knitting.

As a result, recycled pet is not a fabric name, but a material, or yarn. It can be woven, knited, or tricoted into various fabrics as normal virgin poly. We can make all kinds of fabrics per customers' requirement.

Recycled Pet does not mean it has lower cost. Oppositely, the cost is about double to virgin poly due to the high cost of the process. However, we are decreasing the waste on the planet through the recycle processing, as we only have one planet, and we want our descendants to have the same clean, beautiful planet as we have.

The outlook, and hand feel of recycled poly are the same as virgin poly. The difference is that recycled poly can't absorb disperse dye stuff so saturatedly as virgin poly; therefore, the colors come out may be a little vague.
